Declared by Time Inc., on their website FoodandWine.com, as “The World’s Most Beautiful Spoons”, Giles creates just a handful of pieces each year. Characterised by their intricate details, naturalistic flow and depth, Giles’ spoon carvings have become highly sought after with collectors and art lovers around the world.

The colouring and markings on this carving are entirely natural and part of the grain of the wood.

The Sycamore wood for this piece was naturally fallen and donated to Giles by a local landowner near his home in Lancashire, North West England.
