Carved entirely by knife from a single, unbroken piece of Lime wood (including the base). This original artwork is the result of over 600 hours of work. Intricately carved, this one-off sculpture celebrates the beauty and powerful muscularity of the horse whilst reflecting upon the ethical tension between our ancient admiration of the animal and our urge to tame it.
